If you choose to manually email your
application after printing it down and filling it out, you can scan it
in as a jpg or pdf and manually email it to us: rvbeynatcard@gmail.com.
Or use expanded site and upload jpgs, pdf's, etc. Either way, don't forget to send the money order,
or note the cash tag used. Whichever works best for you, we trust to remain flexible.

Card Application Form
Once we have payment and application, it is
usually 2 weeks before we draft your card.
We then send draft of your card to you via
email, for your review and acceptance.

We will not print and mail the card until we have your acceptance of the draft.

PROCLAMATIONS ORDERS:
If
you wish to use a Money order or Cash App for Proclamation Orders, send Processing Form Below. WIthout
the processing form, we have no way of making contact with you and would not know where to send your Proclamations.
Send the form in along with 3 copies of your Proclamations to be Sealed and your money order in the amount of $25 (or
note Cash Tag used for payment). Make money orders out to RV Bey Publications c/o P.O. Box
