What can we say, just talking common sense in regards to having what seems just within you.  Common Sense Writs as examples of same.  You could say upon receiving and impost, or overcharge surcharge:  "My administration fee waives your administration fee".  After all you had to write a letter and put a stamp on it and mail it out - didn't you, is that not worth your time as an administrative action being as relevant to another's time?
